Commercial register

No entry in any German or other European commercial, association, partnership or cooperative register. The provider runs a sole proprietorship under Indian law; no such register exists for that form.

VAT identification number

No VAT identification number under § 27a UStG has been issued to the provider. VAT on App Store purchases is accounted for by Apple.

Licensing authority, chamber, professional title

Not applicable. The activity offered requires no official licence, so there is no licensing authority within the meaning of § 5(1) no. 3 DDG, and it is not a regulated profession, so the details under § 5(1) no. 5 DDG do not apply.

That concerns trade law only. On data protection you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time, normally the authority in your country of residence (Art. 77 GDPR). Details are in the privacy policy.

Sale of the Pro subscription

The Pro subscription is not sold through this website. The purchase contract for the subscription is concluded with the operator of the relevant app store. For purchases through the App Store in the EU that is Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland. Payment, cancellation and refunds therefore run through the app store and not through the provider. As a consumer in the EU or EEA you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; because Apple is the seller, that right is exercised against Apple.

That is separate from the contract for using the app itself. That contract is between you and the provider named above and is governed by the Terms of Use. Apple is the seller and merchant of record; the app is licensed by the provider, and the provider remains responsible for the app.

Consumer dispute resolution

The provider is not willing and not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Affiliate link notice

Links to eBay listings in the Cardiyo app are affiliate links (eBay Partner Network). If a purchase contract results from such a link, the provider may receive a commission. Your contracting party for that purchase is the respective eBay seller — not Cardiyo and not the provider.
